SOS BioTrax™

SOS BioTrax is the biometric component of the SOSTrax suite of timekeeping services. Using the HandPunch 3000™ system, SOS BioTrax positively verifies an employee's identity—in less than one second—to accurately and efficiently track employees' time and attendance with positive identification. The HandPunch device works by recording an employee's hand geometry through use of an infrared digital camera. It records the size and shape of the hand and fingers to create a template for each employee, and is sophisticated enough to ignore surface features like rings, fingernails, dirt and fingerprints. No one else can punch in or out for your employees, thus the handpunch device removes the potential for issues like "buddy-punching". A permission-based system, SOS BioTrax allows supervisors to view their employees' time only. As payroll inaccuracies are reduced and greater workforce control is gained, companies see results.

SOS WebTrax™

SOS WebTrax is an Internet browser-based component of the SOSTrax suite of timekeeping services. With only a few clicks, employees can punch in from any computer with an Internet connection and browser when using SOS WebTrax. Each punch or change is time-stamped by the application server, instantly giving managers accurate information about their employees. All time and attendance information is available online, allowing managers to edit data or run reports. SOS WebTrax makes the most impact when used in environments where centralized time collection is challenging.
