Do you charge a placement fee?
No. You will never be charged a fee for our services.
What is the advantage of conducting my career search with SOS Employment Group?
In a word: relationships. Through award-winning service and the ability to provide the best talent in the marketplace, we have fostered strong relationships with leading employers across the country. This gives us access to outstanding opportunities—many unadvertised—that you may not find on your own.
What is the professional placement process?
Upon review of your resume and application, if your skills, qualifications and interests fit those of our clients, we will invite you to go through an enhanced screening process.
We will then conduct a thorough interview—a discovery process—where we will discuss your career objectives, learn how you would best like to use your skills and experience and ascertain your ideal work environment. We will then work together to identify and evaluate career opportunities.
Your search consultant will review your resume, help you prepare for interviews, assist you with thank you notes and post-interview follow-up and will, if applicable, review resignation letters. In addition, your consultant will arrange client interviews and negotiate salary and benefits on your behalf.
What companies do you work with?
SOS Employment Group partners with and recruits professionals to work for innovative companies within fields that include, but are not limited to:

I am currently employed and seeking new opportunities. Will my job search be kept confidential?
Yes. You can trust that your job search will remain confidential. You can also be assured that your resume will not be presented to a prospective employer without your prior consent.
Are your job opportunities limited to your corporate footprint/local branch presence?
No. Our client relationships and recruiting efforts span the United States and parts of Canada. The absence of a brick-and-mortar office does not hinder us from placing you with an employer outside our corporate footprint.
